Pioneiros & Empreendedores: A Saga do Desenvolvimento no Brasil (Pioneers & Entrepreneurs: The Development Saga in Brazil) is an exhibition that reflects the concerns that supported over ten years of research at the University of São Paulo, coordinated by Jacques Marcovitch, about entrepreneurs who were pioneers in different professional fields and decisively influenced the history of Brazil.
The exhibition consists of four modules with audiovisual content. In the first module, touch-screen displays allow visitors to watch videobiografias of 24 pioneers. In the second, you can watch four animated documentaries about historical periods in Brazil like Vargas era and Brazil Republic.
In the third module, an interactive installation lets you navigate through the voyages of the pioneers around the world in search of technology and knowledge. Finally, in the fourth module, projections in four large panels explore the dialogue between various pioneers in their different eras.
